About us

Originally established in Connecticut, Art of Museums is a Florida based publisher of affordable, archival quality giclee prints of outstanding artworks held by leading cultural institutions around the world.  Our reproductions are printed on acid-free papers and run on the latest high quality digital printers, using water soluble inks with a color permanence of 100 years when displayed properly.

 The prints are reproduced from image files sourced from cultural institutions and are typically proofed and approved by the licensing institution's curatorial staff before they are offered for sale, thereby assuring the best possible representations of the original artworks.  All permissions to rights protected works are cleared by us, so museums don’t have to arrange for clearances!  We help to financially support the museums from which we license through our royalty payments.

 Art of Museums’ management has over 35 years of experience in the fine art print and poster publishing industry – most of that involvement has been licensing from and selling to art museums, museum stores, and retail environments in other cultural institutions worldwide.

 We are a proud vendor member of the Museum Store Association (MSA), and Art of Museums is a Charter Sponsor of Museum Store Sunday.
